- Product must be in NEW (unworn) condition
- Product must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED box packed in an appropriate shipping container
- Product must be returned within 60 DAYS from shipping date
- A copy of the original invoice receipt and the completed Return/Exchange Form must be included
- For returns and exchanges, Happy Feet Plus provides a pre-paid U.S. Postal Service return shipping label with each outgoing order.
For your first exchange of an order, use of this return shipping label is free!
After the first exchange of an order, Happy Feet Plus will deduct $8.99 from the amount of your refund for each additional exchange of the same order.
For returns for a refund, Happy Feet Plus will deduct $8.99 from your refund for use of the return shipping label.
For those customers who already made a purchase before the return shipping label policy was in place, if you need to make a return or exchange please contact our customer service department at 1-800-336-6657, and we'll be happy to send you a return shipping label.

Any situation outside of these guidelines must be pre-approved by calling Customer Service at 1-800-336-6657.
If you have Defective, Damaged or Incorrect merchandise, please contact HFP Customer Service at 1-800-336-6657. We will advise you on the most appropriate course of action.
Please Note: All Returns will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. All Exchanges will first be refunded, then re-charged as a new order. Government regulations prohibit us from retaining credit card information, so Exchanges must be processed in this fashion.
HFP reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise for any reason at any time.
