  • Product must be in NEW (unworn) condition
  • Product must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED box packed in an appropriate shipping container
  • Product must be returned within 365 DAYS from shipping date
  • A copy of the original invoice receipt and the completed Return/Exchange Form must be included
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer and return shipping charges are not refundable

Any situation outside of these guidelines must be pre-approved by calling Customer Service at 1-800-336-6657.

If you have Defective, Damaged or Incorrect merchandise, please contact HFP Customer Service at 1-800-336-6657. We will advise you on the most appropriate course of action.

Please Note: All Returns will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. All Exchanges will first be refunded, then re-charged as a new order. Government regulations prohibit us from retaining credit card information, so Exchanges must be processed in this fashion.

HFP reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise for any reason at any time.
