Happy Feet Plus® - Returns & Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please contact our customer care team at 1-800-336-6657 (Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm EST). They will be happy to assist you with our process and get you set up with a pre-paid return shipping label.

    Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  • Product must be in NEW (unworn) condition.
  • Product must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED box packed in an appropriate shipping container.
  • Products may be returned within 60 DAYS from shipping date.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice receipt.


  • For returns and exchanges, Happy Feet Plus will provide a pre-paid U.S. Postal Service return shipping label. As noted above, in order to obtain the pre-paid return label, please call our customer care team at 1-800-336-6657.

    For all exchanges, use of this return shipping label is free.

    For returns for a refund, Happy Feet Plus will deduct $8.99 from your refund for use of the return shipping label.
