I love these inserts. I am able to wear many different styles and makes of shoes as comfortably as if they were my Birkenstocks! I have plantar fasciitis.

Just can't live without them. I have 3 herniated discs, and would just limp without them, Love them!

this insert immediately relieved my heel pain when doctor $500 orthotics have not.
